- How to use
- 1. Take out the heating element from the bag and shake it 4 or 5 times.
2. Turn over the wrapping paper on the back of the wormwood pad.
3. Attach the heating element to the back of the wormwood pad.
4. Put the heating element between underwear and wormwood pad.
